Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by December 31, 2025 will qualify for a refund of 80%; cancellations received in writing by February 1, 2026 will qualify for a refund of 40%; no refunds will be given after February 1, 2026 due to conference contractual service arrangements. REGISTRATION & BADGES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. All conference attendees must have their own badge.
