Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing by December 31, 2023 will qualify for a refund of 80%; cancellations received in writing by February 1, 2024 will qualify for a refund of 40%; no refunds will be given after Februrary 1, 2024 due to conference contractual service arrangements. REGISTRATION & BADGES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. All conference attendees must have their own badge. If you are not an NPC member and wish to attend our conference, please call our membership office at 847.416.7221 to discuss registration fees.
